• Small-diameter trekking basket helps keep the carbide tip from sinking into soft dirt and sand
• 3-section shaft extends to 55 in. and collapses to 26 in.—small enough to strap to a daypack
• Ensure levers are fully tightened and locked before each use; levers loosen in transport and over time, so they may need to be tightened to achieve proper locking tension
